• $500 for a mortgage in the range of $500,000 - 599,999;
• $600 for a mortgage in the range of $600,000 - 699,999;
• $700 for a mortgage in the range of $700,000 - 799,999;
• $800 for a mortgage in the range of $800,000 - 899,999;
• $900 for a mortgage in the range of $900,000 - 999,999;
• $1,000 for a mortgage in the range of $1,000,000 and Up.
