What Do You Expect from Valueland?

Valueland Mortgages is committed to provide you with honest and unbiased service with best mortgages and most responsive customer service. Here is what you can expect from Valueland and what we expect from you:

1.  Inquiries

At Valueland, you are able to get your mortgage questions answered promptly. You can use telephone, email, fax, web and visits to Valueland office. For messages left at Valueland, you shall receive our replies within four business hours.

2.  Applications

Your mortgage applications can be submitted via electronic means, faxing or through visits to Valueland office. The receipt of your application shall be confirmed within four business hours. We will discuss your applications with you within eight business hours.

3.  Rate Guarantee

Valueland Mortgages strives to offer you the lowest mortgage rates possible. When you apply your mortgage through Valueland, your rate will be guaranteed to be the lowest within the lender's rate guarantee period for your chosen mortgage product. This rate hold period can range from 30 to 120 days depending on the lender or whether it is a promotional offer.

4.  Approvals

You will receive confirmation of approvals within two banking days after an application is accepted by Valueland. Once approved, we will provide you with approval documents for your review and signatures.

Excellent customer service comes from both ends. We strive to serve you with our complete honesty and responsive service. In return, we expect the following from you:

1. Application Process

The information you provided to Valueland Mortgages is true and complete. You shall provide us with further clarification when needed in a timely fashion.

2. Communication and Decision

Mortgage approvals are time sensitive documents. They have expiry dates. We expect you to work with Valueland within the timelines to ensure smooth closings and to save everyone's time.
